SWE25 will be based on the topic In His Family, a character study on the man Judah, with Bro. Jared Schipper (WA) leading the studies.

Prices are inclusive of a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Dietary requirements are an extra $25.

ATTENDEES
To attend SWE25 you must be 16 years or older on 6th June 2025. The upper limit is approximately 35.
All attendees are required to be present for the entire weekend.

SWE25 is organised by a committee of young people from various Sydney Ecclesias.
You must be at least 16 years old before SWE25 starts (06/06/2025). The upper age limit is approximately 35.
Payment must be completed in full at least one calendar month in advance, i.e. before 6th May 2025. This assists the committee as we then know who is definitely attending, and it allows time for the wait list to be contacted and finalised. The nature of running a camp like this also means the majority of costs are due in advance and in particular in the weeks leading up to SWE25.

All payments are made via bank transfer to the Sydney CYC bank account, with details found at the end of the booking form.
The $50 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you are unable to make it to SWE25 and you let us know prior to 2 weeks before the start of the camp (20th May 2025) your fees will be refunded (minus the deposit). If you are on the waiting list and don't get in, your fees will be refunded (minus the deposit). In the unlikely event SWE25 is cancelled for a reason outsife od the committee's control we will endeavour to refund you the maximum amount possible.
Bookings are limited to 250 young people.
All attendees need to arrive between 7:00pm and 8:30pm on Friday 6th June 2025. If you are flying in, we would recommend a flight that lands into Sydney Airport at no later than 5:00pm.
The camp will conclude at around 2:00pm on Monday 9th June 2025. If you are flying out we would recommend a flight that departs no earlier than 7:00pm. Please note: all attendees are required to be rpesent for the entirety of the long weekend at SWE25.
THe design of SWE25 is such that the most benefit is gained by being there for the entire long weekend, so we ask you to please only book in if you can be there for the entire duration of the weekend. We understand that emergencies arise, so in the event that you do need to leave for any amount of time please speak to a committee member before you leave. In the event that you depart without first discussing with the committee you may be unable to return to SWE25.
While we cannot provide any guarantees, previous SWEs have seen up to 100 people withdraw for various reasons. We generally have more of an idea how many places will be available to the waiting list between 1-2 weeks before the weekend. In the event that a place does not become available and you have already paid, you will recieve a refund of your fees (minus the deposit) in line the the refund policy.
The majority of updates will be provided by email and come from gotoswe25@gmail.com or hello@gotoswe.net (consider adding these to your safe senders list), we'd recommend searching your inbox, junk, and/or spam for emails from this address. If you've changed your email address since booking in then you'll need to send us your new address so we can update our records. We may also SMS or call you from time to time, so if your mobile number changes please let us know.
Please contact us if you have young children and would like to come, we would love to have you at SWE25 and want to ensure we can assist you and support you and other attendees in getting the most out of SWE25.
